The Minnesota Vikings travel to San Francisco to take on the 49ers in the Divisional Round of the playoffs. Who are five Vikings to watch closely in this game?

The Minnesota Vikings shocked the world last Sunday when they did the improbable and beat the New Orleans Saints in their own home. The Vikings got a very strong effort out of their defense. The secondary played the way it did during their 2017 run and the pressure that has been there all season long by Danielle Hunter and Everson Griffen was once again prevalent.

Offensively, Dalvin Cook took the brunt of the work running for over 90 yards with a couple of touchdowns. Kirk Cousins played a clean and smart game and made some clutch throws including the game-winner to Kyle Rudolph in the corner of the endzone.

The Vikings have to be feeling good about themselves after the big win but cannot rest on their laurels, whatever that means. They have to come right back and do it again, against another very good team in their home stadium.

If the Minnesota Vikings are going to get the upset again they’ll need these five players to bring their “A” game.
