Who are five offensive draft prospects the Minnesota Vikings should monitor closely during this week’s East-West Shrine Bowl?

With their 2019 season coming to an end with a loss to the San Francisco 49ers in the divisional round of the playoffs, the Minnesota Vikings now have to begin their offseason preparations. That starts this week with this year’s East-West Shrine Bowl game.
