5 teams Anthony Harris might sign with for the 2020 season

Cleveland Browns
The Browns have a major need at safety this offseason. Damarious Randall hits the free-agent market this March and their other starter from 2019, Morgan Burnett is 31-years-old.
Cleveland has other issues they’d like to address in the draft, so the best bet for them would be to look at free agency for safety help. It wouldn’t take them long to notice Anthony Harris on the list and they’d definitely give him a call.
The Browns, as bad as they’ve been lately, might be a more attractive option than at first glance. They do have a lot of young talent on the roster and the biggest draw for Harris would be their new head coach.
Former Vikings offensive coordinator Kevin Stefanski was hired in January to be Cleveland’s new head coach and he is certainly familiar with Harris. The Browns also have Harris’ former teammate Sheldon Richardson and getting a chance to play with that beast again would be a positive.
Obviously, the cold weather in the later months would be a drawback, as is the stigma of losing that surrounds Cleveland. They have the money to help erase some of those negative factors and this could make it more than worth Harris’ while to jump ship to the AFC and be one of the stars of their new young, and improved secondary.
