7 free agents under 25-years-old the Vikings could sign in 2020

The Minnesota Vikings have plenty of options available if they want to go with a younger mindset in free agency this offseason.
This year’s free-agent pool is littered with experienced figures that boast championship-winning success in the NFL. There are also plenty of young and intriguing options available that could be within the reach of the Minnesota Vikings.
Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer and general manager Rick Spielman are going to be extremely busy in the coming weeks as they put a plan in place to ensure the team continues to progress. This is going to result in some salary-cap casualties and plenty of new faces.
Minnesota needs a fresh injection of energy and youthful exuberance after going with experienced veterans during the last few seasons. This has come with mixed fortunes and one would expect many a number established locker room figures will be moved on from during the next few months.
While attention naturally draws to the bigger names in free agency, plenty of players aged 25 or under that are set to test the market would be useful additions to the Vikings to fill some areas of considerable need.
These players will not command big money on the whole and this is something else that Minnesota will factor into any critical decision over the next few weeks.
