During the 2020 NFL Draft, which five position groups will the Minnesota Vikings not be looking to improve with their selections?

In a few weeks at the 2020 NFL Draft, the Minnesota Vikings will be looking to fill a lot of holes on their roster that they currently have.

On defense, the Vikings could use multiple cornerbacks, as they could potentially be down three starters once free agency kicks off. They also only have one safety on the roster at the moment and they could look for a couple more this April during the draft. Minnesota could use an interior pass rusher as well and they will probably be looking closely at the defensive tackles in this upcoming class.

On offense, the Vikings need wide receiver depth, an offensive tackle, and a young quarterback they can develop. They could look to add depth at other positions on both sides of the ball too.

While Minnesota has plenty of areas to address, they also have areas on their roster in which they are just fine when it comes to depth. They would be foolish to use a pick on a position group that is already set, especially when the draft is going to be the best way to economically improve their team this year.

Let’s go over five positions the Vikings probably won’t be adding to with their selections during this year’s NFL Draft.
