During the last few months, the Minnesota Vikings have met with several prospects who they could select during the 2020 NFL Draft.

The Minnesota Vikings have been busy this offseason attending all-star games and the Combine and meeting with as many prospects as they can.

Some of these are just a quick hello and maybe a brief discussion in between drills, while others are a more formal sit down where Vikings’ coaches and scouts can really pick the brain of these players.

These meetings are very important because it is the Vikings chance to get to know these prospects on a personal level. They don’t have to go see them live to know what they run in the 40-yard dash, or how far they can long jump.

There are also oodles and oodles of tape on just about every single prospect imaginable, so the team already knows what they are capable of on the football field.

It’s getting a sense of what makes these kids tick that’s so important. The hardest thing to measure on a potential player is their heart and desire for the game. These meetings are the Vikings’ best chance to get a sense of that.

So here are some notable players the Minnesota Vikings have sat down and had formal meetings with.
