Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Stefon Diggs made a couple of posts on his Twitter account on Monday that is leading some to believe he’s on his way out.

During his tenure with the Minnesota Vikings, Stefon Diggs has utilized his various social media accounts to toy with the fan base of the team that currently signs his checks.

All it takes is one simple emoji and Diggs can send every Vikings fan into a crazed state that typically results in thinking of the absolute worst outcome. The Minnesota receiver took it to another level on Monday though.

During the middle of a frenzy-filled first unofficial day of free agency in the NFL, Diggs decided to post the following message on his Twitter account.

Now usually this is just the Vikings receiver having fun at everyone else’s expense with a cryptic tweet. But this post might actually mean something according to a reply posted by Diggs a little later in the day.

While it was easy to ignore the majority of his posts on social media in the past, Monday’s remarks by the receiver appear to have a different intent. For Diggs to go out of his way to make sure his post wan’t misinterpreted as just another instance of him trolling, it should say a lot about the message he was trying to get across.

Other than Diggs, who really knows exactly what the meaning is behind his tweets from Monday. Is he unhappy in Minnesota? There are definitely multiple events from the past that would lead people to this conclusion.

However, the Vikings have also come out during the last few weeks and said that they don’t have any plans of trading Diggs to another team this offseason. This could all change, of course, especially when someone like DeAndre Hopkins gets dealt, as was the case on Monday.

One thing is for sure though. This type of behavior is likely going to continue from Diggs until he gets what he wants and what he wants could be for the Vikings to send him elsewhere.
