A solution in free agency

Free agency is still in full swing, but a lot of big names have already signed their respective contracts. Byron Jones landed with the Miami Dolphins, James Bradberry signed with the New York Giants, Kendall Fuller went back to the Washington Redskins, and other guys like Chris Harris, Desmond Trufant, Josh Norman, and Darqueze Dennard have all found new homes.

This leaves some of the second-tier free-agent corners for the Vikings to look at. Who are some of these guys that could end up wearing purple in 2020 and have an impact on both the field and inside the locker room?

There are many unsigned veteran free-agent corners who have still managed to have solid production during the last few years. There are plenty of outside corners as well as slot corners left in free agency that Minnesota could find themselves going after in the coming days. With the Vikings’ top three corners from 2019 leaving this year, it would be smart for them to go after one of these veteran free agents who have yet to find a team.

Let’s dive into a few of these names and see how they could impact Minnesota and help patch the holes that free agency has already given the team.
