After the first week of the 2020 free agency period, which players should the Minnesota Vikings attempt to trade for before they make their selections in this year’s NFL Draft?

It hasn’t been very long since the 2020 NFL free agency period began, but the Minnesota Vikings have already made a number of significant changes to their roster.

Gone are some very notable names including Xavier Rhodes, Linval Joseph, Trae Waynes, Mackensie Alexander, and Josh Kline. The Vikings even made a blockbuster trade that sent Stefon Diggs to the Buffalo Bills in exchange for multiple draft picks.

Minnesota might not be done making deals this offseason though. The Vikings don’t appear to have any intention of rebuilding, so they’ll be aiming for a return to the playoffs in 2020.

If Minnesota is looking to add another piece to their roster who they believe could help them get back to the postseason, there are a few players they should consider trading for during the next few weeks. With 12 draft picks in their current possession, the Vikings have a bunch of ammo to use in a potential deal with another team.

So before Minnesota adds a bunch of rookies to their roster in this year’s NFL Draft, who are some of the players around the league that they should consider trading for?
