Seventh Round (Pick No. 253)

Jaron Bryant – DB (Fresno State)

Jaron Bryant has the potential to play nickel cornerback or drop back to safety in the NFL. He can also be a solid special teams player as he enters the league out of Fresno State.

Bryant moved around a bit for Fresno State in 2019 and was an impact player on the defensive side of the ball.

With so many spots up for grabs on this roster, Bryant could be in consideration for a variety of roles early on. He tackles well and plays with speed in space, making him a perfect option on special teams.

He has a lot of work to do in coverage, which is a huge factor in him being a late-round pick. He will not be expected to make an enormous impact right off the bat, but he can be a solid gunner for the Minnesota Vikings.
