From Day 1, the Vikings will have a key contributor on their offense who can make plays from the slot. Justin Jefferson will be a great fit next to Adam Thielen and he is in a favorable spot to be the team’s second option in the passing game next season.
Minnesota now has a solid weapon in their offense who can create after the catch. If they really want to maximize his talent, they will generate touches for Jefferson by scheming around his skill set. Give him the ball behind the line or over the middle and let him work.
There is nothing standing in Jefferson’s way of being a dynamic weapon and making an immediate impact. Vikings fans should be very excited about what he can bring to the table in 2020.
