Overall Grade: B

Overall, you have to look at this year’s NFL Draft as a success for the Vikings. While they’re not going to hit on every single one of these picks and fans might not agree with some of them, they did a good job filling their needs as well as drafting players with some high potential and they got guys that fit into their system well.

Hitting on these first few picks in this draft class will be key and it appears that Minnesota drafted guys that can make that happen.

They found some of their new starters in this draft class and they also found some prospects that should make an impact as early as year one or two in their NFL careers. They also found prospects that should push the currently rostered players for playing time and possibly even starting spots.

This team is going to look a little different than they did in recent years with losing some of their starters and the 15 total draft picks that they had this year. It should be interesting to see how they all pan out. We will know for certain soon enough!
