Wide receivers (6)
- Alexander Hollins
- Justin Jefferson
- Bisi Johnson
- K.J. Osborn
- Tajaé Sharpe
- Adam Thielen
This might be the hardest position to predict since there are several talented pass catchers fighting for spots on the 53-man roster of the Minnesota Vikings and any of them could impress enough for a spot before Week 1 without a preseason or normal training camp.
The only thing that seems to be a lock is that Adam Thielen and Justin Jefferson are the team’s starters. They should be a dynamic duo much like when Thielen was paired with Stefon Diggs and found success forcing teams to focus on one or the other.
Past them, both Johnson and Hollins had solid moments filling in for the team last year and should be considered players to beat coming into this season. Minnesota traded for Sharpe, increasing the odds he makes the team. Chad Beebe deserves a mention but will be fighting for one of those three spots.
Osborn will likely make the team based on special teams contributions. He will likely get opportunities to prove himself on offense as his career progresses but for now, he can make a niche for himself as a return man to lock down a spot.
