What are the biggest disappointments to come out of Minnesota Vikings training camp?

Maybe it’s the absence of fans or the lack of access, but this year’s training camp for the Minnesota Vikings has been pretty uneventful.

With Michael Pierce’s decision to opt-out of the season right before the start of camp, it seemed like we were heading into another wild and crazy year of Vikings football. However, that hasn’t really been the case.

Minnesota still has a few positional groups to sort out, but most of the major roles on their roster are taken care of. And despite the current optimism surrounding the Vikings, there have still been plenty of reasons to feel disappointed about what has taken place during the team’s training camp this year.

From players failing to live up to expectations, to guys missing time due to injury, to others just not taking advantage of opportunities, there are a number of things to be disappointed about with Minnesota’s current state.
