Who were the offensive and defensive MVPs for the Minnesota Vikings against the Indianapolis Colts?

After getting shellacked by the Green Bay Packers in Week 1, the Minnesota Vikings looked to right the ship when they hit the road to take in the Indianapolis Colts in a game that would be tough but not impossible.

Sadly, the purple and gold didn’t seem to show up to play. Minnesota was once again dominated in time of possession and total yards, putting the team in a big hole early in the contest of which they were unable to dig themselves out. The game ended with the final score of 11-28.

In the process, the offense looked inept and the defense got ran all over. It made for a long game for fans to watch and the 0-2 start will make it incredibly hard for the Vikings to get their act together and be competitive this season.

Still, there were some performances from Minnesota’s players that deserve a shout out on offense and defense. Let’s take a look at the individuals who deserve a mention to be among the team MVPs.
