6 Vikings players who could be traded next before the deadline

Which Minnesota Vikings players could be next on the chopping block ahead of the trade deadline?
Like it or not, the Minnesota Vikings look to be going into a rebuild after a dismal start to the 2020 season that sees them sitting at 1-5 heading into their bye week.
This is not the start many expected of a roster that still has plenty of talent despite parting ways with some key pieces this offseason and it promises to be a bumpy few months ahead for everyone associated with the organization.
On Thursday, the Vikings decided to trade away defensive end Yannick Ngakoue to the Baltimore Ravens just six games after they acquired his services from the Jacksonville Jaguars. This sent shockwaves across the NFL and left large sections of Minnesota’s fanbase wondering just what direction the franchise is now heading.
This is a crucial period for the Vikings, who put all their eggs in one basket by giving lucrative extensions to quarterback Kirk Cousins and running back Dalvin Cook in recent months. This has left them restricted financially with the salary cap possibly coming down next year due to a lack of revenue caused by the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, which was something Minnesota’s decision-makers clearly didn’t account for.
Ngakoue’s departure might just be the tip of the iceberg before the November 3 trade deadline. If the Vikings want to maximize the value of their highly-paid veterans, they must act now to possibly avoid further complications down the line.
So who are some of the Minnesota players that could be traded next during the most uncertain period for the franchise in recent memory?
