4 Packers the Vikings need to do better against the second time around
By Nik Edlund
Which Green Bay Packers players do the Minnesota Vikings need to do better against in the rematch this weekend?
During the opening week of the season, the Minnesota Vikings faced the Green Bay Packers inside U.S. Bank Stadium. Those were better times for the Vikings as there was still hope for the 2020 campaign.
Those hopes were quickly dashed as the Packers were up 22-10 at the half and they then proceeded to put up nearly 50 points on Minnesota in their Week 1 win.
The Vikings really struggled in that game and some Green Bay players were too much for the team to handle. If Minnesota wants to have any chance to pull off the improbable upset this week at Lambeau Field, they have to perform better against these members of the green and gold.
There are four Packers players the Vikings have to perform better against on Sunday. Most fall on the offensive side of the football for Green Bay, but there is one from their defense who made some key plays during the matchup that resulted in the Vikings’ first loss of many in the 2020 season.
