Green Bay has played the NFL’s fifth-easiest schedule so far

Green Bay is not “only” good because they have had an easy time of it thus far. But a cakewalk schedule enables more wins. Just four other NFL teams have had easier schedules to date in 2020.

The Packers played the Vikings in Week 1 sans Danielle Hunter, Detroit Lions without Kenny Golladay, New Orleans Saints with no Michael Thomas, Atlanta Falcons minus Julio Jones, and the Houston Texans last week who are flat-out not very good. The only team that solved the Packers in 2020 was the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Tom Brady’s bunch disemboweled Green Bay.

It does not get too much more difficult for Matt LeFleur’s team. The Packers opponents have a combined record of .500 from here on out. The most challenging games left on their docket are trysts with the Tennessee Titans, San Francisco 49ers, and Indianapolis Colts. Not bad if you’re a Packers fan.
