The Best

If you were guessing what this would be and guessed anything other than Dalvin Cook, then you’re a darned fool. Cook looked like he was on a mission this week and would not accept a loss no matter what Green Bay threw at the Minnesota offense.

This was the Dalvin Cook show on offense, as he carried the ball 30 times compared to only 14 passes from Kirk Cousins and four runs from the other backs. It’s obvious the bye week was good for the running back as he looked fresh and smart.

Cook accumulated 226 total yards off offense on Sunday, gaining 163 on the ground and 63 through the air on two catches. Equally impressive was that Cook found the end zone four times, with one being a big catch and run for 50 yards.

The Minnesota Vikings team looks different when there is a healthy Dalvin Cook in the backfield. It takes the pressure off Kirk Cousins and the pass offense against a talented coverage unit in the Green Bay secondary.
