The Worst

Coming into this game, the Minnesota Vikings were already struggling with their cornerback depth. Since they already lacked experience and were missing players already due to injury, Minnesota couldn’t afford to lose anyone else.

The team played hard, but that tough style of play saw a few corners leave the game and not return for Minnesota. The scariest of the bunch is Cameron Dantzler, who looked as though he hurt his neck or sustained a concussion after a collision with his own player.

Initial reports seem to sound like Dantzler will be okay. After he was taken off the field on a stretcher, it felt like a very serious injury but the team shared information that he was moving around well under his own power and would fly home with the team.

Mark Fields also left the field today and Kris Boyd had a non-contact injury that looks to be his right knee. Boy’d injury could be the most serious of the group and will be something for fans to watch going forward.
