3 trades the Vikings could make to get back to the playoffs

Geno Atkins – DT (Cincinnati Bengals)
Geno Atkins is currently the second-highest-paid member of the Bengals roster. However, the 32-year-old defensive tackle has only been on the field for 13 percent of Cincinnati’s defensive snaps this season.
Atkins has been dealing with a shoulder injury this year, so maybe that’s been playing a factor in his lack of time on the field. But the Bengals haven’t been using him as one of their two starting defensive tackles even when he has been healthy enough to play. So their decisions with Atkins have been a bit puzzling.
Someone who would absolutely love to have the Cincinnati defensive tackle on his roster is Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer. Prior to joining Minnesota, Zimmer was the Bengals defensive coordinator and he played a large part in Atkins becoming one of the top defensive tackles in the NFL.
Cincinnati has reportedly told teams that the veteran defensive lineman isn’t available before this season’s trade deadline, but any team will consider an offer if it’s enticing enough.
Should the Vikings attempt to figure out a way to reunite Zimmer with one of his favorite former players in order to improve the middle of their defensive line?
