The Minnesota Vikings upset the Green Bay Packers in Week 8.

Dalvin Cook single-handedly carried the Minnesota Vikings to their second win of the 2020 NFL season on Sunday.

Cook touched the ball 32 times and racked up 226 total yards and four touchdowns as the Vikings won 28-22 in Green Bay. Kirk Cousins was able to take the day off and just let Minnesota’s rushing attack handle business for four quarters.

Defensively, the Vikings looked drastically better than they did during their Week 1 matchup with their NFC North rivals. Injuries continued to rack up in Minnesota’s secondary, but the young unit stood their ground and limited Aaron Rodgers all afternoon.

As usual, we must look beyond the stars each week and find the players who helped the Vikings pull off this impressive victory. Both sides of the ball came to play on Sunday when all hope seemed lost for Minnesota.

Which Vikings paved the way for their win in Green Bay? Let’s go over who were the unsung heroes of the week.
