Which teams could sign Pat Elflein after his release from the Minnesota Vikings?
In the past, there have been many instances of a team picking up a player that was cast off from another franchise only to see them flourish in their new environment. That could be the case for Pat Elflein, who was recently released by the Minnesota Vikings.
Finding a young offensive lineman with potential can be a struggle and some teams need individuals to fill in due to injuries.. Since Elflein has shown he can play at a high level in the past and s only 26 years old.
A third-round draft pick during the 2017 NFL Draft, Elflein was named to the PFWA All-Rookie Team for his play at center. If he could return to form and stay healthy, there is a chance he could be a great cheap addition to another team.
Teams will have a chance to claim Pat Elflein on waivers first. If he clears waivers, he will become an unrestricted free agent and can sign with any team he wishes. There will be some interest now that he’s cleared to play and these three teams could sign him.
