Original Pick: Justin Jefferson – WR (LSU)

The Minnesota Vikings traded with the Buffalo Bills and while it cost them star wide receiver Stefon Diggs, they got a younger and potentially even better player in the process.

Justin Jefferson has been a star for the Vikings this season. He is such a complete receiver who already runs dynamic routes, and he can go up and high point the ball while he’s being blanketed by a defender. Jefferson also has blazing speed and can turn on the jets to burn by any cornerback attempting to cover him.

On the season Jefferson has totaled 34 receptions for 627 yards and three touchdowns. He’s taken a back seat to Dalvin Cook in recent games, but the Vikings are clearly ecstatic about this pick and know they have their future number one receiver on the roster.

Redraft: Jefferson

The Minnesota Vikings would no doubt take Justin Jefferson at pick 22 if they had the chance to do it all over again. Not only has he been super productive, but this kid also is full of energy and brings a ton of fun to the Vikings’ sidelines with his dancing and overall excitement for playing the game.
