Offensive MVP

Adam Thielen – WR

This has been a great season for Adam Thielen. He has been an absolute touchdown machine for the Vikings in 2020 and he doesn’t look to be slowing down any time soon after his dominant performance against Dallas.

Thielen led all receivers in this game in targets, receptions, receiving yards, and receiving touchdowns. He caught eight of his 11 targets for 123 yards and two touchdowns, reminding everyone how great of a player he really is.

Thielen made some very tough catches in this game and the highlight of the night was a one-handed grab that appeared to be sailing over his head. Instead, he was able to corral the ball in and gain control while staying in bounds in the end zone. It was truly an impressive play.

For now, Thielen is still the favorite target of Kirk Cousins. That could change as the quarterback gets most used to throwing to players like Jefferson and Irv Smith. Until then, expect the Detroit Lakes, MN native to have more monster games.
