Arizona Cardinals

For the rest of the season, the Cardinals are probably going to be the team that Vikings fans will want to pay attention to the most. If Minnesota is able to win this week and put together another string of victories, then Arizona is likely going to be competing with them for the final spot in the NFC playoff bracket.

The Cardinals got off to a bit of a slow start this year with only two wins in their first four games, which included losses to the Detroit Lions and Carolina Panthers. But Arizona has now won four of their last six matchups and they have a good chance to clinch a postseason berth for the first time since 2015.

Ending their postseason drought isn’t going to be an easy task though. Three of the Cardinals’ final six games are on the road, including two on the east coast, and they have to face the Rams twice before the end of their schedule.

Finishing with at least eight or nine wins seems like something Arizona can accomplish this year. With the Vikings having the potential to finish with a similar record, the final NFC playoff spot might not be decided until the last week of the regular season.
