5 Bold Predictions: Minnesota Vikings vs. Jacksonville Jaguars – Week 13
By Chris Schad
Jacksonville will make this game closer than it should be
Jacksonville’s record is one of the things that make it seem like this should be a walk in the park for the Vikings. Still, the Jaguars have a way of making things difficult on opposing teams, even when it’s an opponent that should take control of the game.
The Jaguars have played six games against opponents that are currently in the playoff chase this season. While the expected outcome is the 27-3 victory the Pittsburgh Steelers earned against Jacksonville in Week 11, the average margin of victory has been 7.3 points. Long story short, made teams earn their wins.
With DJ Chark already poised to do damage, the Jaguars can also pound the rock thanks to fantasy football hero James Robinson. If the Vikings come out in a way they did against Atlanta, this could be a game that gets away from them at a time where there’s no margin for error.
