Offensive MVP

Justin Jefferson – WR

It’s hard to believe that Justin Jefferson has come as far as he has so soon during his time with the Vikings. The rookie has quickly taken the NFL by storm, going from sitting on the bench in favor of Bisi Johnson to being voted into the Pro Bowl.

This week saw Jefferson break the franchise record for receptions by a rookie, besting the previous mark of Pro Football Hall of Fame member Randy Moss.

The next franchise milestone to watch for the young pass-catcher is receiving yards. The rookie franchise record held by Moss is 1,313, and Jefferson is at 1,182 with two games to go, needing only 132 yards to best the self-proclaimed GOAT.

His efforts against the Bears helped him in his pursuit. Although he didn’t catch a touchdown, Jefferson led the team in targets, receptions, and yards by catching eight of his 11 targets for 104 yards. He was obviously Kirk Cousins’ favorite target on the day by creating great separation and running great routes.
