Minnesota Vikings (6-8) at New Orleans Saints (10-4)

  • Game Time: Friday, 3:30 pm CT (FOX/NFLN)
  • Who Needs to Win: Vikings

This is going to be a massive challenge for the Vikings. The Saints come into Week 16 with a 10-4 record and they’ve already clinched a spot in the playoffs. New Orleans is still playing for postseason positioning and a possible bye, so this won’t be an easy affair.

Meanwhile, a loss for Minnesota would make the rest of this list absolutely moot. The Vikings need to win in order to keep their playoff hopes alive and anything else will eliminate them from contention.

The good news is that Minnesota seems to match up pretty well against the Saints. Games between the two teams always seem to be competitive and typically come down to the final moments.

Plus, New Orleans will be without their top receiver and 2019 Offensive Player of the Year, Michael Thomas, who was recently placed on injured reserve.

Minnesota will need a Christmas miracle to pull this off. But if they can get past the New Orleans Saints, then they will need to watch the two other games included on this list exceptionally close.
