Chicago Bears (7-7) at Jacksonville Jaguars (1-13)

  • Game Time: Sunday, 12:00 pm CT (CBS)
  • Who Needs to Win: Jaguars

If the Vikings made it this far, then it’s pretty amazing. This game isn’t essential for the Bears to lose. But a loss for Chicago here would make Minnesota’s situation entering the final week of the season a bit easier to manage.

Heading into Week 16, Jacksonville has only one win to their credit, and they currently hold the No. 1 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft. It would be surprising for the Jaguars to beat Chicago and crush both their hopes, but it could happen.

As for the Bears, their win against the Vikings gave them a one-game lead in the NFC standings. Now, the Vikings will need to win out and hope Chicago loses at least one of their final two games. The Bears are winners of two straight and that streak looks unlikely to end on Sunday.

If the boys from the “Windy City” win in Week 16, that’s okay. It just means that attention will shift to the final game of the season for Chicago when they will take on the Green Bay Packers, a game Chicago is much more likely to lose.

Will these three games go the way Minnesota hopes they will in Week 16? Or will they find their playoff dreams crushed and be eliminated from the postseason? Fans will need to keep an eye on these three contests to find out.
