The Minnesota Vikings lost a shootout against the Saints on Christmas Day. Here are the three most disappointing Vikings’ players in that game.

The Vikings went into the Big Easy on Christmas Day and had one of the worst defensive performances in the history of the Purple. They allowed nearly 600 yards of offense and 52 points to the Saints and didn’t force a single punt all game long.

The Vikings offense was able to answer back and move down the field and put up 33 points of their own, but it just wasn’t enough. This loss knocked the Vikings out of playoff contention and sets up a meaningless game next week when they travel to Detroit to take on the Lions. While some players did step up in this game and played well, there were a handful of others who did not. These players either were overmatched by their Saints counterparts or just looked disinterested and not excited to be playing on Christmas.

The Vikings are now 6-9 on the season, and here are the three players whose play was the most disappointing in their third straight loss.
