Which moments defined the past year for the Minnesota Vikings?

It’s been quite the year for the Minnesota Vikings. Well, to be fair, the last 12 months have been wild and sometimes incomprehensible for the entire world.

For the first time in their history, the Vikings had to play their home games inside an empty stadium due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. One of the loudest venues in the NFL transformed into a place where opposing quarterbacks could actually hear themselves think.

In addition to Minnesota’s home-field advantage being taken away, the pandemic also had an impact on the team’s roster throughout the past year. The Vikings were also the opponent the Tennessee Titans faced just prior to their team experiencing a COVID-19 outbreak, which resulted in the NFL being forced to shuffle around a number of games for various teams around the league.

Aside from all of the pandemic-related moments Minnesota has dealt with this season, they’ve had plenty of other memorable moments during the last 12 months that are more notable than others. Some of these will likely have an impact on the franchise for multiple years.

So which of these moments for the Vikings in 2020 stood out from the rest?
