The Minnesota Vikings slipped once again in NFL power rankings.

Losers of three straight games, the Minnesota Vikings are now in a state of purgatory. Week 17 doesn’t offer any kind of scenario that can see the purple and gold make their way into the playoffs, but the offseason isn’t here yet for the team or fans to look ahead to the 2021 NFL Draft.

Standing in the way of the offseason for Minnesota is their Week 17 game against the Detroit Lions. This divisional matchup now lacks a lot of punch and it will be missing some of the team’s star power. But it should still be must-watch television for fans since it will be the last Vikings action until next season.

Minnesota now has only one thing left to look forward to before the general manager, coaches, and staff get deep into their preparations for the 2021 draft and that is figuring out where they end up picking in the first round.

It will be interesting to see if the experts can pinpoint where the Vikings will be picking in the draft. Let’s see what some of these experts have to say about the team and where they anticipate their pick to land.
