Jacksonville Jaguars

Currently, the Jaguars are projected to have the most cap space of any team in the NFL this offseason. So that means they will probably be handing out some pretty lucrative contracts and Anthony Harris could potentially be one of the beneficiaries of these deals.

Jacksonville also has a rookie head coach in Urban Meyer who will likely be looking to make a big impact during his first season with the team. Because of this, it wouldn’t be surprising if they went after a bunch of proven veteran players in free agency this year.

Harris is one of the top free-agent safeties available this offseason and the Jaguars could use an upgrade at safety for a defense that ranked 27th against the pass in 2020.

Jacksonville has a bunch of good, young pieces on the defensive side of the ball, but they could use a little more experience. This is where Harris would come in to offer his skills on the field and to provide some veteran leadership for the Jaguars’ young secondary.
