6 QBs that only lasted one season with the Minnesota Vikings

Case Keenum – 2017
Let’s finish this list off on a positive note since some of the others weren’t as pleasant. Sam Bradford got hurt for Minnesota and Teddy Bridgewater was still recovering from a terrifying knee injury in 2017 and it became time for Case Keenum to step up.
Keenum entered the team’s Week 2 contest and never looked back, starting 14 total games during the season, and helped the team to an 11-3 record during his starts. Minnesota made the playoffs and the hope was that the Vikings would be the first NFL team to win a Super Bowl at their home venue.
Although the purple and gold fell short of that mark by losing in the Conference Championship to the Philadelphia Eagles, Keenum will perhaps be best known for making the throw to Stefon Diggs that would go on to be known as the Minneapolis Miracle.
Keenum played lights-out football for Minnesota during 2017. He threw for 3,547 yards that season, adding 22 touchdowns to only seven interceptions. Sadly, he couldn’t re-create that magic after his exit from the Twin Cities, but he will always be a part of Minnesota Vikings history.
Which of these quarterbacks did you wish would have spent more time with the Minnesota Vikings. And who would you have preferred not to have been a part of the team at all? Let us know in the comments.
