Fourth Round (Pick No. 120)

Talanoa Hufanga – S (USC)

With Anthony Harris likely out the door this year, the Vikings add this versatile safety who can line up at multiple spots on the field and deliver a bone-crushing hit when given the chance.

Fourth Round (Pick No. 126)

Sage Surratt – WR (Wake Forest)

The talent behind Adam Thielen and Justin Jefferson on Minnesota’s wide receiver depth chart is lacking, but adding a pass-catcher like Sage Surratt should help improve that. Surratt is an underrated route-runner who uses his size (6-foot-3, 215 pounds) to grab his targets out of the air during contested situations.

Fourth Round (Pick No. 135)

Jaylen Twyman – DT (Pittsburgh)

While the Vikings already selected a defensive tackle during the third round in Marlon Tuipulotu, their defensive line can never have enough help after the season the group just had in 2020. Jaylen Twyman is also a prospect who could end up developing into a better pro player than Tuipulotu.

Fourth Round (Pick No. 144)

James Wiggins – S (Cincinnati)

The Vikings began the fourth round by drafting a safety and they’ll end the round by adding another. With Harris likely gone and Harrison Smith not getting any younger, Minnesota needs to begin to think about what the future of the safety position looks like on their roster.
