Tutu Atwell – Louisville (NFL Draft)

If the Minnesota Vikings want a shifty receiver to get things done but desire an individual from a bigger school who has faced stronger competition, Louisville pass-catcher Tutu Atwell could fit the bill quite nicely.

Atwell had a huge year in 2019 when he hauled in 69 catches for 1,272 yards and 12 touchdowns in 13 games. he followed that up with a campaign that saw him catch 46 passes for 625 and seven scores in nine games but opted out for the rest of the season.

There will be some questions that need to be addressed regarding his health and availability, but otherwise, Atwell seems like one of the safer choices in the mid-rounds of the draft and could produce early for whatever team selects him. Plus, his five-foot-nine and 165-pound frame could see him struggle against more physical defenders.

However, if those questions aren’t a big deal for the Vikings, they could find themselves with an interesting player to be used in a lot of different situations. A sneaky option to move around the formation could keep defenses on their toes and force them to account for a potential big-yardage play.

Which of these options do you like the best to be the third wide receiver for the Minnesota Vikings during the 2021 NFL season? Or there another player you would like better in the role? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section.
