Which remaining prospects should the Minnesota Vikings target on Day 2 of the 2021 NFL Draft?

On Thursday night, the Minnesota Vikings massaged the board well and were able to move down a few spots in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft while still addressing a major need by landing offensive tackle Christian Darrisaw.

By picking up a couple of third-rounders in the process, the Vikings are now primed and ready to pounce and move up to get a guy they think can have an impact for them in 2021 on Friday.

Despite their pick in the first round, this could still come in the form of an offensive lineman. Minnesota has their tackle situation figured out now, but they still need an upgrade at left guard.

They could also use another pass rusher and a safety who can eventually become the starter across from Harrison Smith.

The Vikings have been linked to quarterbacks as well and they could certainly go this route if the right one is on the board.

There are plenty of talented players remaining after the first round of the 2021 draft. On Day 2, who are a few prospects Minnesota should look to add when they go back on the clock?
