Who are some of the players the Minnesota Vikings could look to acquire in a trade before the start of this year’s training camp?

With OTAs and minicamp now over, the next time we will see the Minnesota Vikings back on the field will be when they come back to begin training camp at the end of July.

Currently, the Vikings have a little more than $10 million in salary-cap space, so they could look to add a player or two to their roster before everyone returns for camp in a few weeks.

To find one of these potential new additions, Minnesota can turn to the free agency pool, or they can attempt to trade for someone who already has a job with another team.

Since the Vikings‘ roster is pretty complete at this point in the offseason, they likely won’t be looking to make any trades that require them to give up some of their more valuable assets. But there are still some impactful guys out there that Minnesota could probably acquire for a reasonable price.

Who are a few of the players the Vikings might consider trading for before they return to the TCO Performance Center at the end of July for the start of training camp?
