Andy Isabella – WR (Arizona Cardinals)

2020 Stats:

  • 21 catches
  • 224 yards (10.4 average)
  • 2 touchdowns

Drafted in the second round by the Arizona Cardinals in 2019, Andy Isabella has been unable to find a good fit in his current team’s offense since he arrived two years ago.

With 4.3 speed, most assumed Isabella would emerge as a great deep threat for the Cardinals. He has made a few plays deep down the field for Arizona since 2019, but overall, the team has failed to figure out a way to utilize him on more of a regular basis.

During the last few months, the Cardinals went out and signed former Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver A.J. Green, and they used a second-round draft pick to select former Purdue receiver, Rondale Moore.

With the additions of Green and Moore to go along with DeAndre Hopkins and Christian Kirk, time on the field probably isn’t going to be easy to come by for Isabella in Arizona next season.

Since it seems like the Cardinals might not have much use for him this year, the Vikings should get on the phone to see what it would take to acquire Isabella in a trade. If Minnesota is able to land him in exchange for a Day 3 draft pick, that might be a tough offer to pass up.
