This is a nervous time of year for NFL players on the fringes facing a nervous wait to determine their fate when final roster cuts are made following training camp. The Minnesota Vikings have plenty of individuals who fall into this category and how they perform during team drills and in preseason games could make all the difference one way or another.
The Vikings looked poised for significant improvement in 2021 after a slow start cost them in a big way last season. A series of notable reinforcements were brought in this spring to ensure the same problems don’t resurface and there is also the prospect of more new arrivals coming on board off the waiver wire before Week 1.
