The Minnesota Vikings were hard at work during Saturday’s activities at training camp with some notable things coming from the action on Aug. 7, 2021.

Day 10 of Minnesota Vikings training camp saw the team move from their practice facility to the magnificent facilities at U.S. Bank Stadium. Sadly, some of the big names were not in action as fans were allowed to observe from the stands.

Justin Jefferson was sidelined with a shoulder injury while Adam Thielen joined him after getting a little banged up on Friday. This left the wide receivers a little short on talent but also gave the rest of the pass-catchers an opportunity to step up and shine in front of the coaching staff.

Otherwise, the usual battles for a roster spot or starting jobs continued. The team’s beat reporters were hard at work to bring fans information and some of it was quite eye-opening or fun, but not all of it was notable.

Let’s take a look at the biggest takeaways from Minnesota Vikings training camp on Saturday, Aug. 7, and discuss what these observations might mean for the team heading into the 2021 NFL season.
