Tuesday, Aug. 10 was Day 12 of training camp for the Minnesota Vikings and there were some interesting takeaways from the workouts.

The Minnesota Vikings kick off their preseason on Saturday, Aug. 14 against the Broncos. Before that scrimmage will take place, the Denver will come to town for two joint practices on Wednesday and Thursday to see how their rosters stack up against each other.

Tuesday brought the final day of training camp without having their guests from the Mile High City with them. This walkthrough was a chance for the purple and gold to work on some of the things they want to try against their orange-helmeted friends during practice and the first preseason game.

In addition, there are players who are still fighting for the NFL careers during camp. There are only a limited number of spots available on the 53-man roster and some talented individuals will find themselves cut or possibly brought back for the practice squad.

Who impressed on Tuesday and who was disappointing? And what other developments were made for the Minnesota Vikings during this installment of training camp? Let’s take a look at some of the takeaways from the workouts.
