Visitors came to TCO Stadium on Wednesday for Day 13 of training camp and the Minnesota Vikings learned a lot during Wednesday’s workouts.

The Minnesota Vikings only have one more day of training camp left before they take the field for their first preseason game this year. For Wednesday’s activities, they were joined by the Denver Broncos for a joint practice that brought a lot of interesting developments for the team.

For the Vikings, practicing against an opposing team gives them a chance to see how the things they have been working on during practices will work on the opposition and work out any issues that could prevent plays from being effective during the regular season.

It also gives Minnesota a chance to observe players who are fighting for a starting role or spots on the 53-man roster or the practice squad. Some competitions are still hot and heavy, and many of these players are fighting for their NFL careers.

Let’s take a look at some of the biggest takeaways as mentioned by Minnesota Vikings media, beat writers, and those in attendance at TCO Stadium and discuss what it might mean for the team this season.
