Here are some takeaways from the Week 2 preseason game the Minnesota Vikings played against the Colts.

After being absolutely decimated by the Denver Broncos in Week 1 of the preseason, all eyes were on the Minnesota Vikings as they looked to bounce back against the Indianapolis Colts at U.S. Bank Stadium.

This game saw some starters get in on the action for the first time this preseason. Seeing many players who will be seeing the field during the regular season gave fans hope that things would be a little different for the purple and gold during this contest.

Sadly, things didn’t go the Vikings’ way. Minnesota was only able to muster 10 total points during the game while they gave up four field goals, resulting in a 10-12 loss that moves them to 0-2 on the preseason.

The game had some good things that happened as well as some bad. Let’s take a look at some takeaways from Week 2 of the preseason against the Indianapolis Colts and discuss what they mean for the Minnesota Vikings.
