The Minnesota Vikings will have their final preseason game on Friday against the Kansas City Chiefs.
The Minnesota Vikings will have their final chance to get ready for the regular season on Friday as they travel to Arrowhead Stadium to face the Kansas City Chiefs. This year’s preseason finale doesn’t have much suspense for the Vikings as several positions are already set heading into the regular season, and many key players aren’t expected to play.
But the Vikings still have several questions heading into Friday’s game. The Vikings offense has yet to score a touchdown this preseason and the offensive line has one more opportunity to jell heading into the September 12 opener against the Cincinnati Bengals.
The Vikings also have issues on defense with Anthony Barr’s Week 1 status in doubt. Special teams are also up in the air as the Vikings are looking for a kick returner and kicker. While it may not be a good reason to watch Friday’s game, it’s good enough to speculate what could happen in Kansas City.
