3 reasons the Vikings will beat the Cardinals in Week 2

A bit of revenge on his mind
Back in training camp, Patrick Peterson said he was circling this game on his calendar. Some media outlets are bound to call it a “revenge game” or something along those lines, but Peterson seems happy to be with the Minnesota Vikings this year.
Peterson brings some great knowledge of his former team to the Vikings. As a former team leader in Arizona, he can help the defense learn some of the tendencies of quarterback Kyler Murray even if Eric Kendricks is unable to play on Sunday.
Minnesota is currently tied for second in team sacks this season with five and if they can pressure Murray into making some tough throws, Patrick Peterson and Bashaud Breeland along with Xavier Woods and Harrison Smith could have an opportunity to get at least one turnover on Sunday.
If the Vikings can get pressure, force mistakes, run the ball effectively, and be quicker in the passing game, they could have a solid chance of entering Week 3 of the 2021 NFL season with a 1-1 record.
