The Viking Age went behind enemy lines to talk with someone who knows the Seattle Seahawks well for the Minnesota Vikings Week 3 game.

Week 3 has arrived and the Minnesota Vikings are still looking for their first win of the season. After two heartbreaking last-minute defeats in the first two weeks of the season, the purple and gold are looking to beat a Seattle Seahawks team that has dominated them over the years.

Minnesota hasn’t beaten Seattle since Brett Favre was behind center on Thursday, Nov. 19, 2009. That means the last time the Vikings defeated the Seahawks was 4,328 days ago when Owl City’s “Fireflies” was the number one song and Twilight was giving everyone shiny vampires.

This is one streak that must come to an end. Losing seven straight games to the team from the Emerald City cannot continue, especially if the Vikings want a chance at rebounding from their 0-2 start this season.

To get a little more information about the upcoming game, we reached out to Lee Vowell at 12th Man Rising to get a look at the Seahawks, discuss some strengths and weaknesses, and warn Minnesota Vikings fans about some players we may not know.

Let’s kick things off with the perception of the Minnesota Vikings by Seahawks fans.
