After the first five games of the 2021 season, who are the members of the Minnesota Vikings that have disappointed the most so far?

The 2021 Minnesota Vikings aren’t quite what many fans expected. The team is 2-3 after the first five games and they have had some heartbreaking losses along the way. They’ve also not played to the level many expected after revamping their roster, specifically on the defensive side of the ball.

The Vikings are struggling to stop the run, which is shocking given the two big run stuffers they employ in the middle of their defensive line. They’ve also struggled in pass coverage, especially in the first few games of the season.

Minnesota’s offensive line has been up and down, and even some usual star players are having some bumps in the road so far this season. The coaching staff also doesn’t get a pass, as some of the play-calling, clock management, and overall decision-making has been very suspect.

There’s still plenty of time for these Vikings to turn it around and start playing up to expectations. But there’s no doubt the following members of the purple and gold have been the most disappointing so far this season.
