Week 8 saw the Minnesota Vikings suffer a frustrating loss to the Dallas Cowboys but there were some things to take away from the Halloween night game.
Minnesota Vikings fans tuned in to watch Sunday Night Football on Halloween night to see the purple and gold take on a very talented Dallas Cowboys team who had won five straight games coming into Week 8.
U.S. Bank Stadium was quieter than usual. Not just because there were a lot of Cowboys fans in the crowd, but because the Vikings failed to get the job done against a Dallas team that was lacking starting quarterback Dak Prescott.
The final score was 16-20 in favor of the Cowboys, but the close score doesn’t really reflect the doom and gloom that viewers at home felt about this game that kicked off a tough string of same for Minnesota.
Even though this game likely made fans pull all their hair out and lose their voices from screaming at the television, there were some things that fans could learn about the Minnesota Vikings in Week 8.
